Tsingy de Bemaraha Strict Nature Reserve, Madagascar: Breathing play, yogically & naturally, Education as YOU like it at WUaS, Practicing & Metronome

is enjoying breathing play - the 'flow' (Csikszentmihalyi) of an easing, focused mind, somewhat yogically

& naturally

... feeling the wind move across the inner water lilies of the inner, left, lower body,

while softening & releasing open the right nostril to give more space for the breath ... to find its freedom flowing in

... opening my back throat, my windpipe, ... around the breath all the way down

... pouring this water breath into the water lily pond of the your inner pelvis belly

... can you feel your breath gently move the petals of the lily flowers in your left, inner belly ? ... Nympheas (Monet:)

If education - so, teaching & learning - could be the way you want it, with the option of a MIT course standard, for free degrees (Bach, Law, MD & Ph.D.), what would you include, teach or learn? http://worlduniversity.wikia.com is a wiki service & platform for this ... with an invitation to edit it ... And further, how might WUaS listen ... to what people want, in all languages, and realize this, too, - even over centuries?

is re-orienting how he thinks about practicing, and with a metronome, esp., to generate & cultivate 'flow' with the beat of this 'drum,' thus new ways of getting into 'the zone' of music (http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Music) with this rhythm with resulting enjoyment (which is what flow is per Csikszentmihalyi) - et voila - practicing in a new light :)

This Friends' Dalton Letter touches on a lot of wondrous aspects of love -

Thinking out of the box, could these become 'practices,'

even in an improvisational way ? ...

could be/would be fun ...
