WUaS has been talking with three, different, accrediting agencies this week, and over the past 2 weeks, and CA state approval and state and and national accreditation look very doable ...

Dear Gavin Newsom (Lieutenant Governor of California),

Nice to talk with you at the Computer History Museum at your book signing about 2 weeks ago.

You might find this Harvard talk from today - "Beyond Participation: Transforming Local Civic Engagement Through an Online Game," by Eric Gordon -  http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/events/luncheon/2013/03/gordon - which will be archived (here's the video and media: http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/interactive/events/luncheons/2013/03/gordon), to come richly into conversation with your book "Citizenville," which I'm enjoying reading. Eric Gordon mentions many games and tools to increase online citizen participation.

It was great to talk with your policy aid, Kevin Schmidt, a week ago, and to characterize World University and School (like Wikipedia with MIT OCW) to him. I've since communicated with 3 accrediting agencies, and accrediting looks very doable.

Looking forward to further communication.

Best regards,
Scott
