A major University in each countries' main language with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning? What's the WUaS vision for AI and machine learning as we develop in all 7,938 languages+?

1
An universal translator in all 7,938+ languages, and especially for STEM research  ... http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/WUaS_Universal_Translator ...

2
Scientific and especially philosophical questions of consciousness, where all phonemes in sound files, and corresponding written text, as well as individual letters+ in all 7,938+ languages, - and a developing list of ALL symbols (in unicode?) - as open linked data databases could be used in brain research to correlate with neuronal firings or "biological structures in the brain" and then to begin to further follow related pathways inside the brain, for example, in terms of meaning and in so many other ways, to begin to address questions of consciousness as immaterial, in terms of its possible materiality, for example, or to address many of the other fascinating so far intractable questions in Philosophy of Mind. (David Chalmers - http://consc.net/papers.html - what philosophical papers would you suggest I look at, or should brain researchers at a MIT -
http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/brain-and-cognitive-sciences/ - or Stanford for example, begin to read in order to explore these lines of research?)

But what are some helpful visions for understanding some of the implications of machine learning and artificial intelligence?

For one, you can ask questions of data - linked open data is yielding mind-expanding results these days - using structured querying languages, still in its infancy.

And then the linking of this data where machine learning can extend infinitely for asking questions in so many ways is one.

So how could WUaS build in the basis for machine learning to these new beginning WUaS MediaWiki universities in  2 languages (and without using Wikibase/Wikdata initially)?

World University und Schule auf Deutsch ist dank dir begonnen:

Und es funktioniert jetzt auch auf Englisch wieder, nachdem er sich seit Mai 2015 gewesen, mit ähnlichen Seiten.

In what ways can WUaS add the seeds of machine learning and AI to these schools above, and for example in terms of an all-languages, all-instruments Music School - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/World_University_Music_School?

What would be some nice visualizations of the above, in terms of Wikidata's already growing visualizations?

*
Machine translation of my Harbin ethnographic book - http://www.scottmacleod.com/ActualVirtualHarbinBook.html - and indeed any publication in any language - with implications in terms of the power of symbols and ideas is another fascinating potential of WUaS AI.
