Hi M,

I'm excited too about developing my big project - http://worlduniversityandschool.org - partly by teaching it, at the MIT Media Lab (as I wait to hear back), as well as developing further my Harbin research, another very big project. Having recently come in contact with Bruno Labour, a French Anthropologist and Professor at SciencesPo heading their MediaLab and London School of Economics' Professor too (both greatest unis for Anthropology in France and England) and re translation, I see further potential and interesting Anthropological and I.T. / media explorations ahead. In one very little example, beyond his many seminal books, his @LatourBot - https://twitter.com/LatourBot - takes sentences, for example, from his books and writings and translates them often humorously into English in ways that don't always parse syntactically but also give new meaning. Curious how to develop his Latour Bot as an example with a universal translator (and for poetry too!) developing with AI and re - http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2016/07/snowshoe-hare-digital-coders-of-all-8k.html. Latour is a one-of-a-kind-French theorist and thinker in science and technology studies and is a great colleague to converse with.

L, Scott
